Additional Notes:
- Charles Leclerc strategy was extremely effective to keep his place in the race Aswell as helping his teammate in the process. Charles Leclerc found out the George Russel was slowing down to safe his tires and make sure he can go the whole race without pitting. This meant that this was creating a 20 second gap to the people Infront of George (Lando, Carlos, Oscar and Charles) meaning any one of them could pit. Now this is fatal for Charles as if any of the people behind him pitted they would be on fresher tires and inevitably overtake Charles. Charles stopped this from happening when he slowed down and created a half a second gap to Oscar meaning the gap to George wouldn’t make it to the full 20 seconds. However, there was a chance that if Charles pitted before everyone else behind him, he would be able to take the lead back. None of that happened however and Charles and everyone else did not pit.
- Kevin Magnussen is on 10 penalty points meaning when he gets to 12 penalty points, he will have a race ban. His driving in the past races has been seen as wild and extremely passionate. In my opinion Kevin Magnussen is driving way to deranged based off of his place in the penalty point system. I believe Kevin Magnussen is trying to get a seat for next year in an F1 team and this might fuel his desperate and risky racing techniques. Although he is trying very hard most of his high-risk moves are met with DNF and penalties.
