Contributions:

Max Verstappen contributes a big amount into the sport of F1. Throughout his races in F1 he has set a new standard for what success means and what is possible when skill and machinery meet. Through breaking many, many records to the consecutive strength shown in each race many people would argue he is the best driver to ever exist in F1 or just on the grid at the moment. Mercedes has offered Verstappen a 150 million euro deal for 2025 to take the driver from Red bull. That 150 million will still include bonuses that would shatter the pay records for f1. That is more than triple his salary at Red bull now. This gives us an idea of how important Max Verstappen is for the sport.

If Max Verstappen left Formula One it would be the loss of one of the greatest stars found in f1 breaking records that was set by other amazing f1 drivers such as, Micheal Shumacher, Sebatian Vettel, Lewis Hamilton, Jenson Button, Jim Clark, Alberto Ascari and even himself. Max Verstappen has set records that properly won’t be broken for an extended period of time which has left the world stunned. With Maxs consecutive wins it has brought other drivers’ fans to build some annoyance towards Max with them saying “he isn’t giving other drivers the chance to have success,” or “There isn’t any competition in f1 anymore.” Although there is some truth behind this, this also gives us a good view of the affect Max is having with the fans in the sport. The saying “If you don’t have haters, you’re doing something wrong, or nothing at all” gives us a good idea of how often max is winning and how his consecutive success is affecting the other drivers’ chances.

Partner:

Max and his girlfriend, Kelly Piquet, started dating in 2021. The 35-year-old, Brazilian model, is one of Max Verstappen’s biggest supporters. She is there at most races so far and has shared their beautiful sideline moments together. Kelly is no stranger to the lifestyle brought with F1. Her father, Nelson Piquet, and brother, Nelson Piquet Jr., are both former F1 racers. Aswell as also dating Verstappen, she was also linked to fellow F1 racer Daniil Kvyat, with who she had a daughter, Penelope, with in 2019. Penelope has been seen at some of the races so far in the 2024 season. The first encounter between Max and Kelly was when she was 25 and he was 19, she called the meeting “magical”. This brought a lot of controversy to the intentions of Kelly and also brought some hatred towards her. Daniil Kvyat lost his Red Bull seat to max in 2016 only after 4 races and then his girlfriend to Max in 2021.
