Race Recap:
- Pierre Gasly boxed in Lap 1 and had to retire due to a gear box problem
- Lance stroll goes into the barriers in sector 2 and 3, which also occurred in practice. Causing him to DNF. A safety car was deployed.
- There was a busy pit lane in lap 7 and 8. Leading to an investigation between Fernando Alonso and Sergio Perez, for unsafe release. Sergio suffered a 5 second penalty for the unsafe release.
- Lando Norris was under investigation for a jump start. Which was later dismissed.
- Kevin Magnussen got a 10 second penalty for causing a collision.
- Kevin Magnussen got a 10 second penalty for leaving the track and gaining a position.
